What We’re Looking For:

• 4–9 years of experience in Sales Operations / Sales Support.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Fast learner with flexibility to adapt and deliver in a dynamic environment.
• Assertive, energetic, and capable of handling routine and ad-hoc activities effectively.

What You Will Do:

• Manage account rhythm and regular sales meetings.
• Ensure compliance with sales processes and enable front-end support (RFX, presentations, visits).
• Analyze P&L, provide actionable insights, and support leadership reporting.
• Drive Salesforce adoption and manage campaign progress throughout the year.
• Collaborate with enabling functions (Hiring, IT, Marketing) and oversee customer visits.
• Support leadership in budgeting, performance reporting, and strategic planning.
