Roles & Responsibilities:

• Target Achievement

  : Achieve quarterly and product-wise

  Annual Business Plan (ABP)

  targets for the region. Drive sales, order booking, and

  AR

  targets.

• Client Engagement

  : Understand client requirements, coordinate with various operating groups, and develop competitive proposals.

• Enquiry Management

  : Manage inquiries, including tender/inquiry evaluation.

• Reporting & Analysis

  : Track and report on sales and marketing activities periodically. Analyze market trends and keep other departments updated.

• Market & Competitor Mapping

  : Map the market and keep a close watch on competitors.

• Techno-commercial Finalization

  : Engage in techno-commercial discussions and finalizations with clients, consultants,

  EPC

  contractors, and

  OEMs

  .

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and business plans.
• Strong skills in driving sales, order booking, and accounts receivable (

  AR

  ).
• Ability to understand client requirements and develop competitive proposals.
• Expertise in tender/inquiry evaluation.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking sales activities and market trends.
• Experience in market mapping and competitor analysis.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for techno-commercial discussions.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
