About Role

Data Analyst / BI Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources including
GA4, Looker, and Power BI
.
Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, Tech) to define reporting requirements and KPIs.
Conduct deep-dive analysis of web and product performance using GA4 to uncover trends, user behavior, and improvement opportunities.
Automate and optimize data pipelines to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability.
Translate complex data findings into simple, clear, and actionable business recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends in analytics, visualization, and BI tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
4–5 years of professional experience
in data analytics, BI, or a related role.
Hands-on expertise with
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
,
Looker (Looker Studio/LookML)
, and
Power BI
.
Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and transformations.
Proven ability to create visually compelling and user-friendly dashboards.
Experience with data modeling, DAX, and ETL processes.
Strong communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have

Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics.
Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
Experience in marketing analytics, funnel analysis, or customer journey tracking.
