As a BI Engineer, you ll work on aspects like: Understand business requirements, communicate with client, business analysts on requirements and BI adoption Implement best practices in report development, report deployment, data modelling and physical database structure Develop reports, measures, analytical functions or expressions Regression testing due to changes in data model Verify report data by SQL with the source system and in DWH Performance optimization of the reports and dashboard Work closely with Data Visualizing Team on mockups, POCs or other visualization needs We are looking for: Knowledge of dimension modeling and concepts (snow flake & star schema), datamodeling scenarios Experience with one or more databases such as MySQL, SQL Server Analytical, logical and problem solving skills 2+ years hands-on work on any BI tool, PowerBI is added advantage Bachelor s degree with 3 to 6 year s work experience in Datawarehousing and BI design, architecture, and development Great team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
As a UI/UX/DV Engineer, you ll work on aspects like: Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, backend engineers and business analysts, meet with clients to gather information about their requirements Create user personas, user journeys and site maps Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, wireframes and sitemaps, Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Design graphics user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widget Decide visualization fitment as per data Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites or reports function and look like Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables) Work on cross-platform applications to develop user experiences covering mobile phones, tablets and computers Conduct usability tests on each independent type of page on the website and create a report showcasing your findings Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness), Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Run workshops for clients and internal stakeholders Create a cohesive style guide to ensure consistent design language is followed across the product.
