Job Description

As a UI/UX/DV Engineer, you ll work on aspects like:

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, backend engineers and business analysts, meet with clients to gather information about their requirements
Create user personas, user journeys and site maps
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, wireframes and sitemaps, Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Design graphics user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widget
Decide visualization fitment as per data
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites or reports function and look like
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
Work on cross-platform applications to develop user experiences covering mobile phones, tablets and computers
Conduct usability tests on each independent type of page on the website and create a report showcasing your findings
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness), Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
Run workshops for clients and internal stakeholders
Create a cohesive style guide to ensure consistent design language is followed across the product.
Motivate and mentor fellow engineers
