Job Description

As a BI Engineer, you ll work on aspects like:

Understand business requirements, communicate with client, business analysts on requirements and BI adoption
Implement best practices in report development, report deployment, data modelling and physical database structure
Develop reports, measures, analytical functions or expressions
Regression testing due to changes in data model
Verify report data by SQL with the source system and in DWH
Performance optimization of the reports and dashboard
Work closely with Data Visualizing Team on mockups, POCs or other visualization needs

We are looking for:

Knowledge of dimension modeling and concepts (snow flake & star schema), datamodeling scenarios
Experience with one or more databases such as MySQL, SQL Server
Analytical, logical and problem solving skills
2+ years hands-on work on any BI tool, PowerBI is added advantage
Bachelor s degree with 3 to 6 year s work experience in Datawarehousing and BI design, architecture, and development
Great team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
