Business Intelligence Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• BI Development: Design, create, and own dashboards and reports using BI tools (mainly with Power BI).
• Data Integration: Work on ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to gather and transform data from various formats for analysis and reporting.
• Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used for BI reporting.
• Data Analysis: Analize data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and expand the portfolio to provide actionable insights or enhance operational productivity.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, Excel, SQL)
• Strong experience with BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Excellent communication skills to develop / review KPIs and convey findings effectively

Must-have Experiences:

• Python coding experience for data transformation more than 3 years
• BI Tool experience for dashboard / report creation and more than 3 years (Power BI with DAX preferable)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture
• Understanding of automotive industry / distribution operation
• Working experience in car dealer or distributor

Plus Experiences:

• Understanding of Statistics / Machine Learning
• Data capturing through API
• Project management experience in geographically diversified context
