Role Overview: As part of the team at noon Food, you will play a crucial role in managing the analytics ecosystem to ensure scalable and reliable data access. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining automated dashboards and reports, ensuring consistency in metric definitions and data quality, collaborating with data science teams, and continuously enhancing BI tools and data models to make data more accessible for stakeholders. You will also work closely with project owners, business analysts, and developers to deliver insights for efficiency and scale improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the entire analytics ecosystem, including data warehouse, table schemas, and ETL pipelines - Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports using tools like Looker, Google Data Studio, and other BI tools - Ensure consistency in metric definitions and data quality across the organization - Automate recurring reports and enable self-service analytics for operational efficiency - Collaborate with data science teams to support predictive modeling, customer segmentation, and experimentation with clean and structured datasets - Continuously enhance BI tools, data models, and documentation to improve data accessibility for stakeholders - Work cohesively with project owners, business analysts, and developers to deliver analysis frameworks for insights into efficiency and scale improvements Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Data Analysis, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a similar field - 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar role - Strong bias for action and resourcefulness is essential due to noon's rapid growth pace - Strong data analysis skills with querying languages such as SQL, R, Python, etc., and advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets - Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to structure problems for analysis, analyze data, understand root causes, and propose solutions Additional Details of the Company: noon is a leading consumer commerce platform in the region, with a mission to reach every door every day. noon Food, a restaurant-first platform, aims to revolutionize the F&B delivery landscape in the Middle East by providing fair commissions and operating flexibility to retailers.
