Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage employee grievances, ensuring timely resolution through effective grievance handling processes.
  • Oversee compliance management activities, including disciplinary actions, investigation, and escalation management.
  • Provide counseling services to employees on various HR-related issues and concerns.
  • Handle complaints in a professional manner, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure seamless execution of POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace) policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of Complaint Management, Employee Counseling, Escalation Management, Grievance Handling, Grievance Management, Investigation, Posh (Prevention of Sexual Harassment), RNR (Return to Work).
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
