Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of talent management strategies to support business objectives.
Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees.
Conduct assessments to identify talent needs and gaps within the organization.
Support the performance management cycle by providing tools and guidance to managers.
Implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention rates.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify high-potential employees and create succession plans.
Analyze and report on HR metrics related to talent management and employee development.

Preferred candidate profile

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent management or human resources.
Familiarity with talent assessment tools and techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of the luxury goods and jewelry industry is preferred.
