Own the global P&L; drive scale from ₹200 Cr → ₹500 Cr in ~3 years
Build the USA market as a priority, while strengthening EU/Asia and domestic
Professionalize operations at multiple locations; ensure FSSAI/GMP/global compliance
Build and mentor the leadership team; drive KPIs, dashboards, and a rigorous review cadence
Establish strong governance and reporting to the owner
Represent the company to key customers/distributors and at major global forums
Expand margins via product mix and cost discipline (freight/CHA/operations)
