Job Description

Role: Business Head and COO [Lifestyle & Furnishing]

Exp: 15-25 Years

Location: South Delhi

Role Objective:

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and P&L Management

  1. Own the

    end-to-end PL for the brand across B2B, B2C and Retail Sales

  2. Translate

    business strategy into actionable plans, budgets, and KPIs.

  3. Partner with the

    CEO and Board to drive long-term growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Merchandising Category Management

  1. Lead the

    merchandising strategy across all product categories to ensure product-market fit, margin optimization, and inventory health.

  2. Define

    seasonal calendars, pricing, and assortment plans based on trend forecasts

Sourcing Supply Chain Management

  1. Drive

    efficient sourcing strategies across geographies (domestic and international) to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

  2. Develop

    strong vendor relationships & streamline procurement processes to

    reducelead times and increase flexibility.

Product Development Design

  1. Oversee the

    product lifecycle from concept to market, ensuring alignment with brand vision, trend forecasts, and customer needs

  2. Collaborate with

    design, merchandising, and sourcing teams to launch innovative, trend-right collections in line with consumer demand.

Marketing Brand Building

  1. Drive the

    marketing team to define and execute integrated campaigns across digital, retail and brand channels.

  2. Ensure

    alignment of product, pricing, positioning, and promotions to create a compelling consumer experience.

  3. Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty initiatives to build brand equity

Cross-functional & Team Leadership

  1. Lead a diverse team across

    merchandising, design, sourcing, operations, and marketing.

  2. Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
  3. Build processes and systems to scale operations efficiently across channels and formats.

  1. Develop and implement a

    in alignment with the overall

    company objectives of enhance market presence and profitability.

  2. Mange a team

    of Professionals in Business Development and Marketing Function.

  3. Constantly

    identify new market opportunities in Domestic and International arena, enable marketing teams to seize the opportunity, priorities strategic initiatives.

  4. Stay abreast of

    market trends, competitor, and industry developments. Utilize market intelligence to make informed decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.

  5. Build and maintain

    strong relationships with key clients, and partners.

  6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.

  7. Direct the

    production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to optimize manufacturing processes and meet customer specifications.
