About Sokin Wellness
Sokin Wellness is a modern Ayurvedic-inspired wellness brand, offering unique products like body serum candles that blend skincare with holistic healing. Our vision is to create a highly luxurious yet approachable self-care brand that resonates with Indian audiences.
We are now looking for a Business Growth Manager who can take Sokin from its current early-stage setup to high performing revenue by end of 2025 through sharp D2C scaling, retail expansion, and performance-driven execution.
Role & Responsibilities
You will act as the growth driver of the brand, responsible for:
1. D2C & Online Growth
Own end-to-end Shopify operations: website optimization, conversion funnel, retention strategies.
Scale paid ads (Meta, Google, Influencer marketing) within set ROAS targets.
Drive organic growth via SEO, social media strategy, and community building.
Build affiliate/partnership networks with relevant wellness and lifestyle platforms.
2. Retail & Distribution
Identify and onboard retail partners, wellness studios, spas, boutique stores, and luxury retailers.
Develop and execute pop-up activations and events to push retail visibility.
Build distributor/retail head networks for long-term sales growth.
3. Brand & Customer Experience
Create strategies for strong brand positioning and customer recall.
Work closely with creative/design teams to maintain an aesthetic, premium brand identity.
Analyze customer feedback, reviews, and purchase behavior to refine product-market fit.
4. Growth Metrics & Reporting
Deliver monthly revenue growth towards revenue milestones.
Track and report on key performance metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, repeat purchase rate.
Suggest cost optimizations across supply chain, fulfillment, and marketing.
Requirements
3–5 years of proven experience in growing a D2C brand (beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or similar).
Strong grasp of Shopify, Meta/Google Ads, Influencer Marketing, SEO, and CRM tools.
Experience in retail partnerships / offline expansion is a strong plus.
Analytical mindset – comfortable with numbers, ROI, and sales forecasting.
Hustler mentality – someone who can own targets and work independently in a startup environment.
