Social Media & Operations Executive

As a Senior Brand & Operations Manager for Wellness & Skincare at Sokin, an Ayurvedic wellness brand focused on ritual, aromatherapy, and self-healing, you will play a crucial role in the company's growth and development. In this hybrid position tailored for individuals who excel in dynamic, early-stage brand environments, you will oversee various aspects ranging from production management to brand promotion both offline and online. Your responsibilities will include acting as a bridge between the founder and factory partners, managing production schedules, raw materials, and vendor timelines, as well as maintaining inventory logs and overseeing packaging procurement. Additionally, you will be in charge of handling product transportation, dispatches, and delivery coordination, organizing Sokins presence in pop-ups, exhibitions, and events, and managing product display, sampling units, POS setup, and event staffing. In the realm of business development, you will be tasked with pitching Sokin to spas, wellness stores, hotels, and concept retailers, sending samples, tracking leads, and facilitating onboarding with B2B partners, along with maintaining a CRM system to track leads, conversations, and outcomes. Furthermore, you will be responsible for planning and executing content calendars in alignment with the brand tone, collaborating with design teams, content creators, and photographers, writing engaging captions, posting content, interacting with the audience, and monitoring insights to suggest growth strategies, collaborations, and influencer outreach. To excel in this role, you should possess 4-8 years of experience in operations, marketing, or business development within the wellness, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and excellent communication abilities in English and Hindi are essential. You should be adept at multitasking between operational execution and strategic planning, possess a basic design sense, and have the capability to craft clear, on-brand captions.
