Social Media & Operations Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, creative, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Social Media & Operations Executive. This role is a dynamic mix of content creation, digital strategy, and backend operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle social media channels on Instagram & YouTube
• Create engaging real-life and AI-generated content using tools like Canva, ChatGPT, etc.
• Plan and execute content strategy for multiple pages
• Manage inventory across marketplaces (Amazon, etc.)
• Handle leads and execute email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
• Maintain and update company data and inventory reports in Excel
• Conduct market and product research for new projects and business growth

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of social media trends & digital marketing
• Hands-on with tools like Canva, ChatGPT, Mailchimp, and basic Excel
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Proactive, organized, and willing to learn
• Creative eye for content & storytelling

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in content shooting/editing (basic reels or short-form video)
• Interest in wellness, lifestyle, or retail space

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,997.54 - ₹25,000.00 per month
