Senior Brand & Operations Manager – Wellness & Skincare

About Sokin:

Sokin is an Ayurvedic wellness brand rooted in ritual, aromatherapy, and self-healing. We’re growing consciously and looking for a strong, hands-on manager who can be the founder’s right hand — from overseeing production to pitching the brand and building its presence both offline and online.

Role Overview:

This is a hybrid role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage brand environment. You will manage end-to-end operations, coordinate with factories, lead exhibitions and logistics, pitch B2B, and run Sokin’s social media presence with creativity and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production & Operations

• Act as liaison between founder and factory partners

• Coordinate production schedules, raw materials, and vendor timelines

• Maintain inventory logs and manage packaging procurement

2. Logistics & Exhibitions

• Handle all product transportation, dispatches, and delivery coordination

• Manage Sokin’s participation in pop-ups, exhibitions, and events

• Organize product display, sampling units, POS setup, and event staffing

3. B2B & Business Development

• Pitch Sokin to spas, wellness stores, hotels, and concept retailers

• Send samples, track leads, and handle onboarding with B2B partners

• Maintain CRM of leads, conversations, and outcomes

4. Social Media Management

• Plan and execute content calendars (in alignment with brand tone)

• Liaise with design team/content creators/photographers

• Write captions, post content, engage with audience, and track insights

• Suggest growth strategies, collabs, and influencer outreach

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have 2 years of experience in operations, marketing, or business development

• Have worked in wellness, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands

• Are highly organized, reliable, and a great communicator (English & Hindi)

• Can multitask between execution and strategy

• Have a basic design sense + ability to write clear, on-brand captions

• Are based in Kolkata
