Role Objective


driving new business acquisition, expanding existing accounts, and building a strong sales pipeline

consultative, numbers-driven salesperson


What You’ll Be Responsible For


1. New Business Acquisition

  • Identify and target B2B clients across:
  • Hospitals
  • Pharma & Manufacturing
  • IT Parks & Corporate Offices
  • Hotels, Malls & Commercial Buildings
  • Large Residential & Government Facilities
  • Generate leads through:
  • Cold calling
  • Email & LinkedIn outreach
  • Site visits & referrals
  • Convert prospects into

    qualified sales opportunities


2. Consultative Selling & Client Engagement

  • Understand client operations, risks, and compliance gaps
  • Educate clients on:
  • Kitchen Duct Cleaning
  • Air Duct Cleaning (NADCA-certified)
  • HVAC O&M & AMCs
  • Facade Cleaning
  • Technical Manpower & Integrated FM
  • Position Accordible as a

    long-term partner

  • Conduct site assessments and coordinate technical inputs


3. Sales Pipeline & CRM Discipline

  • Maintain accurate data in CRM
  • Leads
  • Opportunities
  • Follow-ups
  • Remarks & next steps
  • Follow defined sales stages strictly
  • Ensure:
  • Timely proposal sharing
  • Regular follow-ups
  • Clear closure status (Won / Lost with reason)


4. Revenue & Target Ownership

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Track:
  • Calls made
  • Meetings conducted
  • Quotes shared
  • Deals closed
  • Focus on:
  • High-value deals
  • Repeat business
  • AMC conversions


5. Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with:
  • Operations team (site visits, execution feasibility)
  • Finance team (commercials, credit terms)
  • Marketing team (campaign follow-ups)
  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to operations


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Qualified leads generated
  • Meetings / site visits conducted
  • Quotes sent vs closures
  • Revenue achieved vs target
  • Conversion ratio
  • Follow-up compliance & CRM hygiene


Ideal Candidate Profile


Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in:
  • B2B Sales
  • Facility Management
  • Engineering / Technical Services
  • Hospitality / Real Estate / Industrial Sales
  • Exposure to services selling is mandatory


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Ability to explain technical services in simple language
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and field sales
  • Numbers-driven and process-oriented
  • Good command over Excel / CRM tools
  • Negotiation & objection-handling skills
