Business Finance Manager - Delhi Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and budgeting for our fast-paced media and events business. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing actionable insights and driving financial performance. About the Organization: Our client is a leading name in the advertising and events industry, known for delivering innovative campaigns, large-scale events, and impactful brand experiences. Location: New Delhi, India Roles and Responsibilities: Drive budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes Analyze P&L, cost trends, and campaign-level financials to provide strategic inputs Partner with business teams to track KPIs, optimize revenue, and control costs Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS, and variance analysis Oversee invoicing, revenue recognition, and vendor/client reconciliations Support audits, compliance, and financial process improvements Present insights to senior management for decision-making Role Requirements: CA preferred, or MBA in Finance/Accounting 4–6 years of experience in business finance, ideally in advertising/media/event sectors or other Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Proficient in Excel and financial tools, with solid understanding of revenue & cost drivers Excellent communication, business partnering, and stakeholder management abilities Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Full-time, on-site) Salary: ₹10–12 LPA + Performance Bonus Contact Details: For more details on this vacancy, contact us at hire@hiregenie.in __________________________ HireGenie is a premier Finance Recruitment Consultancy, helping companies and startups find top-tier finance professionals.
