Job Overview:

Analyst – Business Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis & Business Case Support:

  Conduct detailed financial analysis, including revenue forecasting, cost assessments, and profitability evaluations, and assist in developing business cases for new initiatives with clear insights and recommendations.

• Budgeting & Planning:

  Support the preparation of budgets and annual operating plans (AOP) in collaboration with business and finance teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and financial prudence.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  Monitor key financial and business metrics, identify trends, prepare actionable insights, and maintain MIS reports for leadership to enable data-driven decision-making.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights to support discussions, commercial decisions, and business initiatives while ensuring effective stakeholder management.

Qualifications:

• CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA in Finance preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.
