Wellbeing Nutrition is looking for a sharp and driven FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is at the intersection of strategic finance, analytics, and business partnering — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced D2C environment. Key Responsibilities: Support Business Finance Senior Manager & CFO in decision making. Support AOP, QOP, and reforecast cycles Prepare and maintain financial models and dashboards Analyze variances vs. plan, monitor cash flow and cash burn Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Ops & Product teams Evaluate marketing ROI, influencer spends & retention metrics Own KPI tracking, book closures analysis, and cost optimization initiatives Required Skills : Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Financial Modeling, D2C/Omnichannel finance expertise, and strong analytical capabilities Qualifications : BCom / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) / CA passout (Experience: 2–5 years; CA passouts must have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience) Reporting to: Sr. Manager, Business Finance Location : Mumbai Joining Timeline : Immediate preferred or in a Month Show more Show less
