Role & responsibilities : JOB DESCRIPTION : Responsible for ensuring Ops SOP implementation and compliance at locations in the assigned zone STRATEGIC Analyze the regional data and identify locations with SOP implementation issue (non-compliance); identify locations with issues on the basis of CBS reports and address the same Suggest improvements over current processes/reports/tools for better SOP implementation Visit the location (self-initiated or requested by locations) to identify process bottlenecks with assistance from location Ops team, HR, Recon, Audit etc.; report the same to management and suggest recommendations with plan to resolve the highlighted challenges OPERATIONAL Ensure audit and implementation of Infra related checklist at each facility in the zone as per HCM group checklist Ensure good measurable audit scores by removing audit related challenges Prepare regional process dashboard collating compliances on critical processes and share the same with locations and zonal head Analyze locations data and provide recommendations on updation of Ops SOPs Deliver SOP related training to Ops team (M5 level) Roll-out new processes introduced by customers at the locations

Facilitate and drive cost deployment for loss identification for all plants & drive loss reduction projects under WCM program. Develop network & ensure regular communication with SGG Global WCM team for WCM audits. Prepare all plants for Global WCM Audits and ensure Global Certification. Job Responsibilities To ensure that World Class Manufacturing standards, methodologies are well designed and implemented. Facilitate working of various Pillar committees within the overall framework of WCM. Facilitate regular training sessions and audits. Train employees on projects & methodology of WCM and review effectiveness of the training. Sales Incentive through Schemes to Dealers: Effectiveness of the sales schemes being operated, analyzing whether sales schemes are launched with a well thought out strategy and supported by adequate documentation, identify scope for cost reduction in sales schemes and incentives offered to dealers. Grade / Level- IV Division / Department -Commercial Job Role Conduct detailed analysis of current Supply Chain processes within the Vendor Risk Supply Chain team. This role would act as support to for Business Excellence (BE) program. Will work on various Business Excellence projects across Supply Chain covering all plants as well as specific areas wherein there is opportunity to optimise Supply Chain leading to significant savings. Support in shortlisting various projects along with BE consultants Carry out analysis of supporting date to develop business case and present business case to HODs as well as senior management.
