• Advisory, Consulting & Training

Doing consultancy as per schedule compliance. Bring additional business possibilities through Connects and Network. Developing capability to do Open Training programs. Developing New programs and New Product Development/ Models for driving Transformation in Industry (Manufacturing)

• Project Management & High Value Projects

Identify Potential in Industries across Sectors. Provide Advisory and look at High value projects in Industry on Revenue Sharing models. Act as evangelist and drive Projects

• Business Development and Member Engagement

Drive Chapter formation and Penetration of Opex Excellence in States/Zones. Coordinating marketing department in developmental activities like Creatives, Brochure preparation, coordination with Jury for competitions, Audits Trophy follow ups etc.

• Synergy & collaboration with Teams

Ensure collection of billing in coordination with Finance teams. Coordination with other

Technical specialists and Industry for NPD. Work collaboratively with States and Zones

Key Competencies Required

Operations & Process Excellence Certified with hands on implementation experience

Good communication Skills (both oral and written)

Engineering graduate + Management (preferred)
