Business Development Trainee


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in need of recruitment and HR solutions.
  • Generate new leads through networking, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and email campaigns.
  • Support in client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and track progress.
  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and potential target markets.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to align client needs with service offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM.
  • Desired Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
    • Internship or fresher-level experience in

      Business Development / Sales

      (mandatory).
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and client relationship-building abilities.
    • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other networking platforms.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
    • Self-driven, enthusiastic, and eager to grow in the HR consulting industry
