Objective of the Role The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that enhances the brand’s storytelling across digital platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. This role requires 3–4 years of experience in motion graphics, video production, and design, along with hands-on skills in video editing and photography. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of visual trends to support marketing and communication initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Motion Graphics & Animation Create engaging motion graphics, 2D animations, and explainer videos for marketing campaigns, product showcases, and digital communications. Translate creative briefs into impactful visual content that aligns with the brand's tone and goals. 2. Video Editing & Production Edit high-quality videos for platforms like YouTube, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn, incorporating sound, transitions, and motion elements for maximum engagement. Optimize content for platform-specific requirements and formats. 3. Photography & Visual Content Capture and edit photos for events, office culture, marketing materials, and digital promotions. Maintain consistent visual quality and branding across all content. 4. Collaboration & Execution Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to bring ideas to life through strong visual storytelling. Manage feedback and revisions effectively to deliver polished final outputs. 5. Visual Asset Design Design thumbnails, intros/outros, overlay graphics, and other video assets that enhance brand presence and viewer experience. 6. Brand Consistency Ensure all visual and video content adheres to established brand guidelines in terms of style, color, and tone. 7. Creative Innovation Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices. Suggests new formats, styles, or approaches to improve creative output. 8. Project Management Handle multiple projects simultaneously, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant creative or design field such as Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or equivalent discipline. A diploma or certification in Motion Graphics, Animation, UI/UX Design, or Video Editing (e.g., Adobe Suite, Blender, Maya) is a plus. 3–4 years of proven experience in motion graphics and video editing. Experience working with B2B/tech brands or SaaS products. Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animations, and edited videos. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator Preferred: Experience with tools like Adobe Animate, Audition, Figma, Blender, or other similar design and animation software Experience in photography (product, portrait, event) and knowledge of camera handling. Familiarity with engagement trends and audience preferences. Ability to create engaging short-form and long-form video content. Excellent sense of timing, storytelling, and audio-visual balance. Strong understanding of social media formats and visual trends. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of branding, typography, and color theory. Basic scripting/storyboarding experience. Familiarity with video analytics and performance optimization. Basic knowledge of SEO and social media posting.
