About the Role

Ment Tech is hiring Business Development Trainee to gain hands-on experience in IT sales, lead generation, bidding platforms, and international client communication. You will work directly with our Sales & Marketing team, contributing to business growth while learning industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and Sales Navigator
• Draft proposals, emails, project bids, and respond to RFPs
• Support in email marketing and outreach campaigns
• Conduct market/competitor research and track industry trends
• Update & manage CRM and lead pipelines
• Coordinate with the tech team to align client requirements

Requirements (You Should Have)

• Good command over English (written & verbal)
• Understanding of Upwork/Freelancer/Fiverr and bidding tools
• Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, B2B platforms, and SaaS
• Confidence, curiosity, and eagerness to learn quickly
• Strong follow-up, documentation, and organizational skills
• Must be from Indore and ready to join immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
