You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospects, pitching impactful marketing solutions, and ensuring revenue growth. Collaboration with internal strategy & performance teams will be crucial to craft customized proposals.
• Identify and qualify potential clients in India & international markets
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, networking events & partnerships
• Understand client requirements and create tailored digital marketing solutions
• Conduct discovery calls, pitch presentations & proposal discussions
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, performance, video, PR, tech) to build proposals
• Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking & reporting (Zoho CRM preferred)
• Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
• Build long-term client relationships & ensure high retention
• Track competition, trends & industry insights to optimize pitches
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Confident, persuasive & strategic thinker
• Can manage conversations with CXOs and marketing heads
• Passion for sales and digital marketing
• Self-driven with a hunger to learn and grow aggressively
• Experience in Digital Marketing / Advertising / SaaS / B2B Sales is a plus
• Internship in business development or marketing preferred (not compulsory)
