Key Responsibilities

• Make

  80–100 calls daily

  to leads and clients (task-oriented role).
• Engage actively in

  fieldwork and property site visits

  as required.
• Maintain follow-ups and client engagement to drive conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth property transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and buyers.
• Meet weekly and monthly performance targets.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum

  1 year of experience in the real estate industry

  is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and site visits.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
• Familiarity with Vadodara’s real estate market is a plus.

Salary Range

₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
