Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Chandigarh. The specialist will focus on identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and developing strategies to grow partnerships. Additionally, responsibilities include providing exemplary customer service and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction. The role will involve both individual contributions and collaboration with the wider business development and sales teams.

• Experience in Lead Generation and client acquisition techniques
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and execute strategic initiatives
• Adaptability and teamwork skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
