Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tamil Nadu, India, for a Business Development Associate. The role involves engaging in lead generation, conducting market research to identify opportunities, delivering impactful presentations to clients, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to support business growth. The associate will play a key role in driving the organization's expansion through strategic initiatives and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to deliver effective, compelling presentations
• Proven expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue growth opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet targets within deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or related roles is a plus
