Job Summary:

The Business Development Specialist will play a key role in driving the growth of Kamil Aviation and Airport Management Academy by developing strategic partnerships, expanding student enrollment, and promoting academic programs in Tourism, Hospitality, and Aviation Studies. This role requires a proactive, target-oriented professional who can identify new opportunities, build strong institutional relationships, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the academy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to promote the academy’s programs in Tourism, Hospitality, and Aviation sectors.
  • Identify and pursue potential partnerships with schools, colleges, travel agencies, and industry organizations.
  • Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to increase student admissions and brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Organize and participate in educational fairs, seminars, and student engagement activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, training partners, and educational consultants.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to align business initiatives with institutional goals.
  • Prepare and present periodic business reports, performance analyses, and forecasts to the management team.
  • Support digital and social media marketing initiatives to enhance brand outreach.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or lead management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets under minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel for business and promotional activities when required.
