We’re Hiring – Business Development Specialist (On-site in Gurgaon/Noida)

Role Highlights:

• Hunt and onboard new IT clients — manage contract discussions & deal closures.
• Meet clients at their location, showcase our IT solutions, negotiate & finalise agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, delivery, support) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Hit onboarding targets and help scale the business.

Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years in IT business development / client onboarding roles.
• Strong record of acquiring IT clients (software/services/solutions).
• Travel-enthusiast — ready to visit client sites frequently.
• Excellent at communication & negotiation.
• Preferred: Male candidates (urgent requirement).
• Must be based in/around Gurgaon or Noida (on-site).
