Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Mumbai. The responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research to understand industry trends, building strong client relationships, and supporting lead generation efforts. The role requires effective collaboration with internal teams and continuous engagement with stakeholders to align business development strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research expertise to evaluate data, understand industry dynamics, and develop targeted strategies
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Lead Generation to identify potential opportunities and drive business growth
• Ability to work collaboratively, think strategically, and meet business development targets
• Relevant experience in healthcare, medical affairs, or pharmaceutical industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
