Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, located in Gurugram. The individual will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities through lead generation and market research. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining relationships with clients, engaging in effective communication, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The position requires working closely with other departments to align business growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Outstanding Customer Service abilities to build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for data interpretation and business decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with the health and wellness industry is a plus
