Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying and generating potential business leads, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The Business Development Specialist will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing strategies to expand the customer base, and contributing to the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess market trends and develop effective strategies
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and build relationships
• Expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new opportunities and drive business growth
• Ability to work collaboratively, meet targets, and adapt to changing business environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
