We seek a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team in the steel manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (e.g., construction, automotive, infrastructure, fabrication). Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy. Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, networking, industry events, and digital platforms. Prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Assist in contract negotiations and follow up on client requirements after the sale.
