As a Senior Accountant at RSC Projects Private Limited in Kolkata, you will be responsible for managing accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. Your expertise in SAP Business One will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the finance department. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee GL, AP, AR, fixed assets & reconciliations - Prepare monthly/annual financial statements & ensure timely closings - Handle statutory compliance: GST, TDS, ITR, ROC filings - Manage audits, tax matters & regulatory requirements - Monitor budgets, variances & provide financial insights to management - Mentor junior staff & support process automation Qualifications: - CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) - 3+ years of accounting & finance experience - Hands-on expertise in SAP Business One - Strong knowledge of accounting standards, compliance & financial analysis - Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting tools Preferred: - Industry exposure: Manufacturing / FMCG / IT / Services - Knowledge of IFRS / Ind AS - Experience in automation/shared services In addition to the above, if you have any additional details about the company, please provide them.
