Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, sales pitches, and proposal development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align business strategies and deliver client-centric solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling business presentations and reports to senior leadership.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company and expand connections.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to inform strategy and report on performance using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles (2–5+ years, depending on level).
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, client behavior, and B2B sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in [insert specific industry if needed, e.g., SaaS, logistics, healthcare].
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
