Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct

    primary market research

    to identify potential customers and generate leads within target industry segments through

    cold outreach, client meetings, and field visits

  2. Drive

    inquiry generation, sales conversion, and revenue growth

    in line with assigned targets.
  3. Manage and grow

    existing customer accounts

    key account management and client retention

  4. Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients based on trust and value delivery.
  5. Prepare and present

    techno-commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, bid documents, and submissions

  6. Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure accurate solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
  7. Travel frequently within the assigned territory to engage customers and support business development initiatives.

Experience:

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in

    sales, marketing, or business development

  • Preferably from

    consulting, EPC, or renewable energy sector
