Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Marketing Specialist to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and strengthen market engagement within the Oil & Gas sector. The role involves close collaboration with sales, technical, and operations teams to plan and execute impactful field marketing initiatives aligned with business growth objectives.

This position is ideal for a proactive professional with hands-on experience in B2B or industrial marketing who thrives in on-ground execution and stakeholder engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and industry-specific events.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, customer requirements, and emerging industry trends.
  • Support sales teams with localized marketing collateral, promotional materials, brochures, and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, consultants, and key customers to strengthen brand presence.
  • Manage on-site brand activations and ensure consistent corporate branding across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics to evaluate ROI, lead quality, and overall effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, business development, technical, and operations to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for digital outreach, content creation, case studies, and technical marketing materials relevant to field operations.
  • Support new product launches, site visits, and customer engagement programs as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Petroleum Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience & Skills:

  • 3–6 years of experience in field marketing or B2B marketing, preferably in the Oil & Gas, Energy, or Industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of industrial markets, channel sales models, and customer decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple field activities and marketing campaigns simultaneously.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to project sites, exhibitions, trade shows, and client locations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance and marketing ROI.
