Key Responsibilities Lead the DC design & engineering team to deliver Solar PV projects (DC side up to Inverter) within timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction. Prepare EYA (Energy Yield Assessment), DPR (Detailed Project Report), and LIE (Lenders Independent Engineer) reports . Witness and prepare PR (Performance Ratio) test reports for utility-scale Solar PV plants . Develop and deliver training modules to onboard and upskill new engineers in solar engineering. Create and implement SOPs and processes to improve drawing approval and revision turnaround times. Build technical expertise for emerging technologies such as Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Green Hydrogen engineering . Work independently and manage stakeholders across global geographies. Required Qualifications B.E./ B.Tech in Electrical, Power, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering Required Skill Strong expertise in Solar PV Engineering / Solar Plant Design Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVSyst, PVsyst simulations, solar design tools Experience in detailed engineering documentation for solar projects Strong knowledge of utility-scale solar projects, DC design, electrical design Proven experience in team leadership, project management, and stakeholder management
