Business Development / Sales Manager

As a Business Development / Sales Manager in the EPC Electrical Projects industry, your role will involve bringing in new projects for industrial, residential, commercial, IT parks, and hospitals. Your connections with design consultants, architects, and project management consultants (PMCs) will be crucial in influencing project awards. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and secure electrical EPC contracts for various sectors such as industries, IT parks, commercial spaces, and hospitals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, PMCs, and project awarding authorities. - Generate leads and successfully convert them into long-term contracts. - Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects. - Maintain detailed records of sales performance and client interactions. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in sales/business development specifically in EPC electrical projects. - Strong network and connections with consultants, architects, PMCs, and project awarding bodies. - Demonstrated ability to successfully close high-value deals. - Educational background in B.E./Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an MBA would be preferred. As an ideal candidate, you should be from ESA Grade Electrical Contracting companies and have experience in winning projects in industrial, commercial, and hospital sectors.
