Key responsibilities of the Business Development / Sales Manager include identifying and securing electrical EPC contracts for different types of projects, establishing and nurturing relationships with consultants, architects, PMCs, and project awarding authorities, generating leads and converting them into long-term contracts, monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects, as well as documenting sales performance and client interactions.
