📌 Business Development Intern – Roles & Responsibilities at Tripple One Solutions:

• Lead Generation
  

Identify and generate leads through various online and offline channels (LinkedIn, college networks, social media, etc.).

• Sales Outreach
  

Pitch company services and internship programs to potential students, colleges, and partners.
Conduct calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication to convert leads into enrollments.

• Follow-ups & Relationship Building
  

Consistently follow up with prospects to keep them engaged.
Maintain strong relationships with leads, clients, and stakeholders.

• Marketing Support
  

Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and promotions.
Promote company offerings on social media platforms and drive engagement.

• Data Entry & CRM Management
  

Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in spreadsheets or CRM tools.
Update daily activity logs, conversion status, and follow-up history.

• Collaboration with the Marketing & Counseling Team
  

Work closely with the internal team to support counseling, onboarding, and feedback collection.

• Achieve Weekly & Monthly Targets
  

Meet set goals for lead conversion, outreach volume, and overall business development KPIs.
