Key Responsibilities Leading clients' campaign digital marketing campaigns Managing Account Managers, Group Account Managers and Client facing personnel Driving operational efficiency and quality output for the client account Ensuring that client needs are looked after and met satisfactorily Upselling and cross-selling to clients from time to time Overseeing internal team management focusing on account teams Comfortable in working cross-functionally with design and technical teams to meet client goals Looking into the smooth functioning of client reporting, monitoring performance indicators (both internal and external) Reporting to the leadership on the Account team’s performance and growth of a particular account.
