Location: Mumbai (Field-Based) Company: CredVista.in Experience: 2–4 years in field sales or business development Languages: Fluent in Hindi, Marathi, and English Employment Type: Full-Time About CredVista.inCredVista.in is a leading loan facilitation platform specializing in Business Loans, Personal Loans, and Loan Against Property. We partner with reputable banks and NBFCs to deliver best-fit financial solutions. Our strength lies in building long-term relationships with key influencers like builders, CAs, CSs, and business communities. Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive, target-driven, and field-ready BDE to generate quality leads and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will tap into their local network to introduce CredVista, explain our loan products, and drive business growth through meaningful customer interactions. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Leverage relationships with builders, CAs, CSs, and business owners to source potential loan customers. Field Outreach: Conduct site visits, office meetings, and networking events to pitch CredVista’s services. Product Explanation: Present loan products (Business, Personal, LAP) clearly and convincingly. Lead Submission: Collect client data, qualify leads, and submit them to internal teams. Target Achievement: Exceed monthly disbursement targets by consistently generating high-quality leads. Market Feedback: Report on market trends, competition, and emerging customer needs. Coordination: Work closely with internal teams for client onboarding and follow-ups. Candidate ProfileExperience: 2–4 years in field sales/business development, ideally in finance or real estate. Network: Established connections with professionals and builders in the local market. Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English. Attitude: Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented. Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler (bike) for daily travel. Knowledge: Basic understanding of loan processes and financial products is a plus.
