Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Handle business development activities — lead generation, follow-ups, and client conversion. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of leasing and sales operations. Maintain and update client records using CRM tools (Zoho). Manage and distribute leads among the sales team; ensure lead verification and timely follow-up. Identify new business opportunities in commercial, warehouse, and industrial leasing segments. Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and data tracking related to leads and revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and corporate clients. Ensure proper coordination between seller and buyer to facilitate closure of deals. Support team members in achieving their monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Skills & Competencies:Proficient in CRM tools (Zoho ). Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Knowledge of leasing and real estate operations (preferred in Noida & Greater Noida market). Ability to handle a team and ensure consistent performance. Excellent time management and reporting ability.
