Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth in the fast-growing Battery Management System (BMS) segment for Electric Vehicles, Energy Storage, Defence, and Industrial applications. You will play a key role in acquiring new customers across India, building long-term partnerships, and contributing directly to Xbatterys ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and industry networks. Present Xbattery’s NXP-based modular BMS portfolio, share datasheets, SOR formats, and coordinate sample dispatches and evaluations. Follow up on ongoing opportunities (pilot orders, test samples, technical meetings) and move them forward in the sales pipeline. Coordinate with the internal technical team for custom requirements (e.g., 400V–1200V BMS, master-slave architecture, BIS compliance, cloud/IoT integration). Attend industry events, trade shows (e.g., The Battery Show India), and client visits to build relationships. Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and payment terms; close pilot and bulk orders (target: 100–1000 units/month per client). Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare weekly sales reports, and update product listings on platforms like NXP Marketplace. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline targeting key accounts such as EV manufacturers, BESS integrators, defence PSUs, and inverter/UPS companies. Preferred candidate profile: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, relevant field or experience. 0–2 years of B2B sales/technical sales experience (freshers with strong communication and interest in EV/Battery technology are welcome). Excellent communication and presentation skills (English + Hindi; regional language is a plus). Basic understanding of Lithium-ion batteries, BMS, or power electronics is an advantage. Comfortable with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar). Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel across India. Role Overview: As Lead BMS Hardware Engineer, you will own the end-to-end hardware design of our BMS boardsfrom architecture and schematics to PCB design, validation, and compliance. You will lead and mentor a team of hardware engineers, establish structured design processes, and ensure our designs meet automotive-grade safety, reliability, and certification standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, schematic design, and PCB development of BMS boards (LV and HV, up to 800V). Design circuits for AFE integration, microcontrollers, power electronics, contactor control, isolation, and protection. Expertise with NXP S32K3, TI C2000, or Infineon Aurix MCUs in BMS/automotive applications. Drive design reviews, simulations, and verification plans; enforce structured processes and documentation. Collaborate with embedded/software teams for hardware-software co-design. Oversee BOM optimization, component selection, and sourcing with cost-performance trade-offs. Ensure compliance with ISO 26262, AIS-038, AIS-156, IEC standards, and BIS certifications. Guide DFM/DFT practices and coordinate with fabrication/testing vendors. Mentor and upskill junior engineers; set best practices in CAD tools, version control, and validation workflows. Preferred candidate profile: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field. 7+ years of experience in hardware design, with at least 3+ years in BMS/EV/automotiveelectronics. Hands-on expertise with Altium Designer and OrCAD (Cadence Allegro). Experience with high-voltage, high-current PCB design, isolation techniques, and thermal management. Understanding of cell monitoring ICs (NXP MC3377x, TI, ADI, etc.). Proven track record of designing multi-layer PCBs (6-12 layers). Familiarity with DFMEA, safety requirements, and regulatory testing (AIS, IEC, ISO). Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and leadership skills.
