Key Responsibilities: 1- Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to prospective students and parents. 2- Explain course offerings, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and career outcomes. 3- Maintain regular follow-ups via calls, emails, or in-person meetings. 4- Handle inquiries from South Indian students and assist them in their preferred language. 5- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system. 6- Conduct informational webinars/seminars and attend educational fairs as needed. 7- Support the admissions team with documentation and coordination.
