About the Role

Drone Rangers India Pvt. Ltd., a DGCA-authorized RPTO and leading drone technology company in Rajasthan, is looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development and Sales Executive. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in drone sales, drone training, or drone services, along with strong communication and business development skills.


Key Responsibilities

Promote Drone Pilot Training Programs, Drone Services, Agriculture Drones, DIY drones, FPV drones, and accessories.

Generate business through field visits, calls, institutional outreach, and social media activities.

Handle inquiries, counsel students/clients, and convert leads into admissions or sales.

Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with the Managing Director to achieve revenue goals.

Research the market to identify new business opportunities across drone training, spraying, mapping, and survey projects.

Explain the advantages of the services offered to prospective clients and follow up to close business deals.

Develop creative client retention strategies, take feedback, and incorporate it into the growth plan.

Prepare annual marketing budgets and track expenses against the budget.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and business reports.

Conduct field visits and travel as required for business development activities.

Meet customers and institutional clients face-to-face or via phone to promote services and partnerships.

Prepare and submit tender bids, follow up with departments, and carry out tender presentations.

Support the BD team in acquiring projects for agriculture spraying, survey & mapping, and collaborations with schools/universities.


Qualifications

MBA, BBA, B.Tech, or any related certification in Business, Marketing, or Technology.

Experience in the drone industry (sales, training, or services) is mandatory.


Skills Required

Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask.

Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.

Excellent communication skills and strong marketing approach.

Understanding of drone industry trends and DGCA training structure (preferred).


Salary Structure

For minimum 1 year experience: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA

For 1.5 to 3 years experience: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA
