Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Executive who will actively work on field sales, tele-calling, client meetings, and booking conversions. This role is fully target-driven and requires strong execution on daily tasks. Key Responsibilities (Strict Action Tasks): Do daily field visits to meet new customers and explain company services Make outbound calls to assigned leads and convert them into meetings Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to explain complete service details Demonstrate and explain the booking process clearly to every customer Follow a strict daily sales plan (Calls → Meetings → Follow-Up → Booking) Generate new leads from field activity, references, and local market Maintain accurate records of meetings, calls, and booking status Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the company Handle customer objections confidently and close the deal Coordinate with the internal team for booking confirmation and service updates Requirements: Strong communication and convincing skills Must be comfortable with field work (daily travel) High energy, disciplined, and target-oriented Ability to explain services clearly and professionally
